Bichl's beef soup.

For Bichl ́s homemade beef broth only the best ingredients come into the pot. The beef is leg meat from an ox that has enjoyed only the best herbs for two summers on the lush pastures of the Larstigtal, right in the heart of the Ötztal Nature Park. The one winter in the stable he was fed only with mountain hay. The delicate, beautiful marbling of the meat says everything about the quality. 

From the stable to the slaughter site it is just 100 meters. For us the most humane way to enjoy meat.

The root vegetables, such as celery, carrots, lovage, onion,... is organic.

The whole thing is prepared in cold water and simmers for several hours on a low heat. 

When the egg white has settled and you can see the clear broth, it is only seasoned with Andrea's "mountain herb salt". We are now keeping silent about their content.

The appearance, the fragrance and the taste can describe the ingredients better than can ever be put into words.
